Good Morning Crafters
Before I divulge this week's temptations I wanted to share the two backgrounds I made at the workshop with Chris on Saturday. We used Distress Oxides and Izink 3D paste with stencils. Chris had some wonderful samples with her for male cards. Here are the two backgrounds I made using Salty Ocean, Wilted Violet, Peeled Paint and Walnut Stain Distress Oxides with Black and Silver 3D paste. I have made two cards so far and will share those later in the week.
Last week saw the arrival of some new Katy Sue Moulds that will make a marvellous addition to your Christmas stash enabling you to make embellishments for your cards from clay or for your Christmas baking using icing.
On Friday the November release of the Woodware stamps designed by Francoise Read and Jane Gill arrived. I think these are going to be very popular as the designs are very diverse. I treated myself to a couple and will share my projects soon. We are very lucky to be getting these stamps in stock before their release on TV in December! You can order from the website with free P&P!
Don't forget to book your place on the John Lockwood and Kay Carley workshops taking place in early 2018, places are going fast.
I was delighted when the festive moulds from Katy Sue Designs arrived. As soon as I spotted the Mistletoe and Holly mould I mmediatey had an idea for a project. If it works out I will share it on the blog.
There is still time to vote for us in the International Craft Awards .
